Body butter sticks are made with natural butters and oils, not water, and therefore are heavily moisturizing and great for dry, cracked skin. This Heavy moisturizing stick is made with Shea butter, which:
・is known to have anti-inflammatory properties
・helps to minimize irritated, damaged, and aggravated skin
・ease eczema and psoriasis conditions
・is non-comedogenic - doesn't clog pores
・significant levels of vit. E and A increasing antioxidant properties
The Body Butter Sticks remain solid at room temperature and melt on contact with the skin.
Most solid lotions, as they're commonly known, are often sold in bar form, and stored in small tins. I've never been a fan of the bar-type because I always dropped them. So I decided I was going to make mine (Apothecary Torch's) in stick form!! Twist on/off cap, easy twist-up tube, convenient size, doesn't freeze if left in a vehicle during winter, and easy transport without worry of the cap coming off and getting all over everything.

If you work outside, cook a lot constantly washing your hands, cleaning without gloves, or your work requires you to wash your hands like mine ALL the time constantly, then you need this little stick of moisture bliss in your life. I now have one in my car (FYI not in the summer will melt), on my kitchen counter, in my two bathrooms in my home, in my work kit i carry for caring for pets, in my workout bag and puchased a handful for friends for gifts. These are amazing and have seriously changed my hands from splitting and peeling in winter months but also in summer when I am constantly washing my hands cooking and cleaning at home and when I volunteer at the homeless shelter. Must try you wont be disappointed.
My boyfriend & I both tried the body butter. He has some pretty dry, calloused skin areas, especially the elbows & knees. Let me tell you, he LOVES IT!! He has claimed it & uses it every day! I need more!!
