Refund policy

Apothecary Torch maintains diligent & continuous testing and takes pride in the finished products sold. If you're in any way unsatisfied with your order, everything in our power will be done in an effort to make it right.

If you need to return anything, we offer returns with a thirty (30) or sixty (60) day guarantee for all of our products, excluding closeout/clearance items.

30 or 60 days from purchase (local) or delivered date (if shipped).
Closeout/clearance items will be marked as such due to seasonal or discontinued fragrances.

Damaged Product Return?

If your product is damaged upon delivery, please do not throw it away. Take photos and email ApothecaryTorch@gmail.com within 24 hrs. 

  • During hot summer months, it is important to consider shipping your product(s) to a location where the package can be accepted and brought inside within a reasonable amount of time so products do not melt due to a lack of attention at the delivery location. Apothecary Torch can not be responsible for weather conditions affecting products.

If after proper burning (see the Wood Wick Candle Care info under the Candles tab drop-down ) your product is found to be defective (tunneling, won't stay lit), Apothecary Torch will happily refund 100% of the purchase price and pay the return shipping for products ordered within the past 60 days. Please take photos & email ApothecaryTorch@gmail.com.

Unwanted Product Return?

Does not include closeout/clearance items

Maybe you ordered the wrong item or you simply don't want it anymore. In this case, we refund the full value of unused products ordered within the past 30 days, and you simply pay the return shipping costs. Please email ApothecaryTorch@gmail.com for return/shipping instructions.
