Currently only shipping to North America

North America: 3-5 business days after 48-72 hour processing time.

Processing

Most processing times (the time it takes me to get an order ready) will vary due to my full-time career schedule as a nurse. But my goal is 2-3 business days (48-72 hrs) to have orders prepared to ship out. 

Actual delivery times will vary depending on shipping carrier/postal service, and any changing restrictions. And although I can't guarantee them, I'll do my best to meet the estimated time. Once packages are delivered to and scanned by the carrier, I no longer have control over package arrival time. Failed and/or delivery delays such as but not limited to weather, re-routes, incorrect address are not held responsible by Apothecary Torch. Should such incidents occur, please contact ApothecaryTorch@gmail.com and I will help get a status update and aid in getting you your purchased order!

☀️☀️☀️📦 Summer Shipping mid April-Sept. 📦☀️☀️☀️

Apothecary Torch orders containing heat-sensitive items are shipped out with extra care during the summer months. I will do everything I can to ensure that your order is delivered safely and in good condition;

-Damage caused by hot temperatures cannot be accepted as our responsibility.

Please be advised of the following: 

  •  Orders are shipped Monday - Wednesday (possibly Thursdays, depending on ship to location), and via expedited selections.

-This is to try and prevent orders from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend or longer than necessary.

  • Orders may be packaged with gel ice packs to help decrease possible melting. 

  • Please be mindful of tracking your shipment during this time to ensure that it does not sit in the heat for extended periods.

  • If an order is sent as a gift, track shipping and notify the recipient when the order is delivered.

  • USPS delivers some orders in mailboxes instead of porches. Delivery tracking is vital to prevent heat damage to packages.
